I’ve been quite busy this week because of the RRSP season (and because so many people have decided to purchases properties at the same time!). On the other side, I can’t really complain since if I am busy, it means that my bonus will be bigger ;-).

I was quite disappointed when I checked my weight this morning at the gym… still 184 lbs. I have changed my training program and I have sweat every single drop of water of my body (next step; I’m sweating blood!). Oh well, I’ll dry to cut down on food during the weekend (a high calorie risk period for me!).

I just received copies of the new QuickTax… I’ll review it and give away 2 copies shortly so stay tuned 😉

Perhaps it will comfort you to know muscle weighs more than fat… yah, blame it on that 🙂

You must be SUPER busy with all the housing purchasing that’s been going on… I’ve been busy trying to get a pre-approved mortgage in place too.

Have you tried P90X?
I hear that it’s really good (from REAL people, not just infomercials, LOL) because of the “muscle confusion”.

How heavy are ya? If you’re over 6 feet, 184lbs is not that bad!

Yeah that is what I’ve heard… But the problem is that I have changed my program to lose weight and not gain more muscle 😉 I hope I’ll get results next week!

What is P90X?

I’m 5’10”. I am not that fat, but since I workout 4 time a week (1h to 1h15 each time), I’d like to get rid of my belly for good 😉

I’m not fat either, I’m just big boned 🙂
