Happy New Year Everyone!

I am slowly coming back from my vacation; it feels like I have unplugged my whole life for 2 weeks! This Monday (January 3rd) we will be hosting our Best Stock Pick Contest for 2011 for a 3rd year. BMO is looking good to me. I don’t currently own it, but plan to pick it up in the next couple of weeks. It is one of my picks for 2011.

I’m not a big fan of BMO. Probably because I don’t like their management ;-). I rather go National Bank or Scotia.

I’ve been on and off again about investing in Shopper Drug Mart. From a company perspective, they’re doing phenomenal in growth and their brand… but it seems a lot of companies are going head to head with them more and more (like London Drugs, even Walmart)
