The Dark Knight Money Management Approach

Since the new Batman movie; The Dark Knight, just came out in theatres last weekend. I thought I would write something a little more light (but maybe as morbid!) as estate planning. This post is a tribute to one of my childhoods Hero; Batman and one of my favourite villains: The Joker. I was wondering what would be their answers to money questions.

The Batman

Financial Planning

– I do need financial planning as I need to write a cheque to Alfred every month along with all his other job benefits. How much do you think he cost me in life insurance? In addition to that, I need a lot of money to pay for my toys and cars. Who would be Batman without his gadgets and his suit?

Money Management

– The important thing is to establish a strategy and grow stronger with it. Think, design, take action. This is how I see personal finance.

How to make more money?

– By getting a rich dad who owns half of a major city. By investing in real estate and the stock market, you can live off your passive income while beating villains’ ass.

One last word?

– Don’t let crook approach you. Learn about personal finance in order to fight against all the bad financial advisor of this world!

Financial Planning

– Plan are such a waste of time! You’re going to take all your energy thinking about stuff that will never happens anyway! I’m telling you, plans are for wussies who are afraid of themselves!

Money Management

– Spend as much as you can on what you feel like it! Life is a train that only passes once. If you miss it, you will die alone on the border of a track… if you don’t jump in front of the next train to put an end to your boring life!

The Joker

Joker

How to Make More Money?

– Take it from other people! This is what has been told by any financial gurus: you make money from other’s people money! Means are meaningless, the result matters!

One Last Word?

– Why so serious? Enjoy life and life will give you enough money to keep going!

Hello,

I was wondering if was a contact email for this sight. I’ve just discovered this blog and I’m having trouble navigating the archive. For example, if I click on a category that says it has 10 subjects, only 3 subjects show up. I might be this wrong.

Thanks,
Matt

I really sucks that Heath is dead. I really like his movies. Good post!

Most of us won’t have a rich dad, so wise saving and investing will be the key. And we may not be able to have all of the gadgets we want. So learning to live within our means is important.

Certainly, the Joker’s perspectives deserve attention by psychologists.
