		<description>Yes and I think that in a Do-It-Yourself program, you need:
- to be confident; 
- to be able to make a plan and stick to it;
- to be able to accept your good shots and losses (not having to ask yourself too much: &quot;If only I had done things differently&quot;)... 

It&#039;s a learning process and it&#039;s not easy but so rewarding!!</description>
