I almost did it! Back in March, my goal was to lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks. Back then, I was at 184lbs. Now I weight 176lbs! I must say that this is quite a great feeling to lose that much weigh (I was 210lbs back in April 2009!). Now, I am looking to drop another 6 pounds and reach the psychological bar of 170lbs. It will require me to stop eating sweets… I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it! I just love ice cream!
